Well people,I’m on an official crash diet. Plan is to lose about 4.5 lbs by the end of this week. For that, I intend to have a series of extremely low calorie days.
I’m living the first one. As of now, its been 24 hours since I had something solid, and only 2 cups of coffee and 1 coke in between.Plan is to go like this for another 24 hours and then have something light.
I know its unhealthy but still…wish me lucK
Well people, over the past week-10 days or so, I’ve been off. Off on a binge…
Well not exactly a binge. I wasnt guzzling tons of food everyday. But yes, enough to make sure that I didnt lose any weight. Not that I gained any either.
But now I’m back. Today is the first day after a while that I’ve been able to suppress my hunger. And actually I’ve just had 200 calories the entire day so I think I’m doing that well enough.
Plan is to go flat out on a severe diet and get myself down to 180-181 by next saturday.

Well people, yours truly had a weigh-in tuesday morning. And things do not look good.
I’m at 185 lbs. Same place I was a week back. So, apparently the last week was a total waste.
Am I going to have to go rambo again to get some results?
AM I PLATEAUING?(GASP)
For now, I’m going to keep going at keeping my intake around 1200. That means a medium meal a day plus coffee and fruit along the way.
The goal for next monday is 180 lbs.I have no idea how I’m going to get there like this.

Well people,
my big eating continued on monday, albeit on a much smaller scale. I just had a big breakfast, omelet along with some of my fav veggies. Several helpings of the veggies.
Total for the day came out at just over 1200 calories, so I was just breaking even more or less.
Wow…I think this has actually happened to me in the past:I accidentally upped my calorie intake for a few days and my weightloss increased!!
