Well people, I see problems on the horizon.
This weekend is gonna be busy.
First up, there’s a birthday in the family on friday so I’ll be going out for a good meal that day.
There’s a tentative movie plan on saturday with my gf, and that would probably involve some kind of eating(although probably limited).
And the big day!Sunday we’re celebrating my gf’s birthday so that would involve some big-time eating out!
So what to do!
Well, I think I should limit my intake on wednesday and thursday so that the damage from the weekend eating can be controlled.And I can meat my goal for next monday.
So thats the plan!No big meals on wednesday and thursday.
Well people,Tuesday turned out to be an even day of my diet. I didnt have a lot, except coffee.
Until the evening.I had some friends over at my place and as a gracious host, had some stuff laid out for them.
For some reason, people like me see food in front of them and turn into zombies who just have to have it.
WHY CANT I JUST IGNORE FOOD,RATHER THAN TREATING MY BODY AS A LEFTOVER DIGESTER!
In this circumstance,however,the damage was minimal. I was able to control myself and though I tried everything, it was not excessive, it fell within my calorie limit, and it filled me up but not too much…I hadnt really had any other meal that day anyway….
So no harm done.
