Well people, the weigh-in tuesday morning has me at somewhere between 185 and 184 lbs.
Thats fine by me. After the breakneck weight loss of last week, I think I need some slow steady loss for a while. After having been through a lot of “rollercoaster” diets, I feel maybe its best to be consistent, have a bit of food, dont starve yourself and then have huge meals later.
My aim:have consistent low calorie days, no starving but no binging either, keep yourself around or below 1200 calories. And have a smooth 2 lb loss a week.
Hope this works people. And if it aint workin I’m gonna go back to my extreme old dieting self!
Well people, after the heavy eating on sunday, monday was gonna be light and I made sure it was. Didnt have anything all day except coffee,2 cups. Plan was to not have anything major, but I got hungry in the evening. Plus, spending the whole day without anything was gonna be excessive so I decided to have some of the veggies I had at home.
All in all, along with the 3rd cup of coffee at night, I had around 665 cal.Not bad.
It happened. I was leaving the workplace when I ran into a colleague who hadnt seen me in a few weeks. She just spontaneously remarked that I seem to be losing weight, with a remark that maybe I’m workin too hard at work.(I’m workin all right. But not at work. If only she knew..:))
I nonchalantly brushed off the comment but secretly my heart was exploding! Its visible..finally!!:)
